Wow! Take a look at my picture huge difference! At 28 I look 18 again. This program really works. I’m not going to lie to you, it takes discipline, motivation and a little hard work but as you can see the results are worth it. I dropped from 12% body fat to just over 4% in 6 days. 6 days! No pills potions or quick fixes will get you looking your best in 6 days. Unless of course you want to pay for a tummy tuck. Its a simple and easy to follow program, well written and informative. I’m a believer – every body should try this program you will be quiet simply amazed at what can happen.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THAT IS HOLY…. STOP DOING AEROBICS!!!!!!!!!!
This shit does FUCK ALL for you! Have you ever been to a globo-gym (your average commercial gym – Premier, Goodlife, Bally, 24 Hr Fitness)?
You may go 3+ times a week, tell your friends “Yeah I hit the gym like 3 days a week, work on my body ya know, stay healthy, finish with some cardio…”
Before I go on, if you actually have ever said anything like that, I’m gonna find you, and punch you in the mouth!
Well when you’re there, ever notice those out-right homosexual areobic classes? They have the shittiest techno-crap music, a fat useless tit for an instructor, and 20 fat old broads dressed to match wandering around aimlessly clapping their hands and yelling.
Pay attention, cause those people are immortals. I think they may actually be hybrid day-walking vampires. They’ve been going to these classes for years, sometimes they actually pride themselves on doing the same fucken classes, over and over again, for the past 20+ years… and they look exactly the fucken same – fat, wrinkly, and just plain gross.
Sometimes one goes missing for a few weeks, and a praise of Alleluia is belted out upon their return! When asked what happened, the answer is the same every time, a combination in some way of sick and injured.
If these people are in such amazing shape after 20 years of cardio knockout, or step class level 3, or core blast, or zumba, or nia, or whatever the fuck else crap they have out there right now, then why the fuck are they constantly getting sick from shit little colds, and getting injured some sleeping wrong, or falling onto the cushioned floor in their living room?
I’ve seen a 65 year old female Crossfiter fall off a 24″ plyo box while doing jumping pull ups, she landed on tile (it was a low-level crossfit gym obviously, cause who the fuck puts tile in a crossfit gym?), hit it with her elbow, then proceeded to tuck and roll. The lady was fine, a little mark on her elbow, finished the workout, went home and iced it, and good to go the next day.
One of these old tae-bo bags woulda been laid up in the hospital for weeks!
Now I’m not preaching that everybody should do crossfit. I’m not a koolaid drinker that thinks Crossfit is for everybody, cause it’s not! It CAN be modified to suit anybodys physical and mental capabilities yes, however not everybody can push the way Crossfit is intended to be done.
If you take a workout that should take no longer than 10 minutes, even by the most out of shape crossfitter, and you do it in 3 hours, with breaks, a snack, and a phone call… You can get the fuck out my gym right now, ’cause you ain’t ever making any damn progress, and you’re going to make me look bad, here’s your money, get the fuck out.
But what Crossfit seems to have the ability to do, is take some you’d think have no shot at ever being able to get through the workout (not physically either, it’s usually more of a mental think, people these days are just mentally weak, it’s really that simple) and transform them into god damned machines!
I had an older lady as a client. Came to me when another trainer left. Strictly bodybuilding workouts for a year, would go on an elliptical in between sets, but never went higher than level 3.
I got my hands on her, within a few short months, she was doing 6 inch box jumps, 45lbs cleans, 35lbs thrusters, and 500m rows as a pace as close to her max as possible.
This lady travels a lot. Left for a trip to Egypt. Came back in yelling at me, sprinted over to give me a hug! Said, and I quote, “I never would’ve made it up and down those pyramids if it wasn’t for my trainer!“. Without me, she woulda had to sit back and watch other people go down into these amazing feats of human engineering. Why go to Egypt if you can’t even look at the pyramids?
She was able to go up and down stairs, bear crawl through tunnels, hop in and out of boats. And she even fell numerous times, on her ass, on her hips, onto her hands, elbows, shoulders… Came back with nothing more than a bruise.
Now imagine if she had continued doing bodybuilding and the elliptical…
She’d arrive in Egypt, her first challenge would be getting off the plane after such a long flight. Muscles have seized up, and everything has gotten stiff.
Next she has to carry her own luggage to the hotel, and up to her room. And as with many ladies, she doesn’t pack light!
The first pyramid trip. Gets there, makes it down. Walks around for an hour, it light headed because she’s not used to this much work. Has to wait at the bottom for food and water before she can be helped back up, out of the pyramid.
Oh no! She takes her first fall. Down on her hip. But she’s been lifting weights, the doctors say she’ll have strong bones… but no, bodybuilding builds strong muscles while sacrificing the strength and integrity of ligaments, tendons and yes – bones! Her hip is cracked in two.
In such a remote place, her only choice is a dingy local hospital for immediate service, before being transferred to a bigger hospital in a main city.
Her immune system is weak, as is her CNS. She’s fading quickly. Their tools are dirty and not sterile. She gets an infection. Nothing major, but without a strong immune system, even a small bug could become a massive problem.
Finally the chopper arrives, it’s a struggle to get her dead weight aboard, further damaging the hip.
They arrive at the main city hospital hours later. The infection has now spread throughout her body. But the hospital has no idea, they’re too concerned with her hip. Surgery goes well, but recovering is taking longer than expected.
By now the price of this trip is through the roof. And she’s still not recovered. Finally the infection subsides enough to get a discharge from the hospital. Straight to a plane to get a flight home.
Bank accounts slightly drained, they make it home. But again, the long draining flight has posed a problem. The surgery for her hip has not healed completely yet, if only her ability to recover was better!
Now she needs surgery again. Back to the hospital, this time at least she’s in Canada.
The hip is fixed up, but the surgery stirs the infection again. While in recovery she is exposed to tainted equipment and materials. Like many that go in for routine operations, she now has C Difficile.
A few short days later, she dies. Her husband is left without a wife, a massive bill, and nothing to live for. He takes his own life the next day.
Is that what you want?… I think not, leave the areobics for the sick and twisted that think that sounds like fun. Come to Crossfit…
