Man, seriously, Crossfit Football blows donkey ass. Used 185lbs for the clean pulls, and had to substitute the Back Ext for Stiff Legged Deads (using the clean pull weight). Sucked, sucked hard, sucked long. 16:30, fucken horrendous lol. Fucken wicked though!

Like what sick son of a bitch thinks this shit up!? God damn it! My legs are JACKED! Jesus. Right now, I’m not even remotely concerned with doing half these fucken WODs for time. I’m just worried if I can even finish them! hahaha. I can’t wait for the day that I can blast through these absurd WODs like a regular Crossfit metcon.
Tomorrow I start poart of my bulking stuff. I’ll be doing some good old fashioned German Volume Training every morning after I teach the 6am class. It’s going to be part of my new ebook, so I’ll give it a test run. I’ve been using GVT so far for my neck, and I’ve already made huge progress in neck strength (not so sure on size, but it’s strong as fuck now, so who cares?!).
My Monday and Friday mornings will be the same: neck and chin ups, then dips and some bulgarian strength training bag work. Wednesdays will differ in that it’s full body, a trick I learned while I was doing my internship at SST. I’m expecting some damn good results.
I’m so used to getting women that want weight loss as clients, so the one and only guy I had interested in gaining weight got to experience some GVT. Good fucken stuff, high volume and painful as shit, but boy does it work! I had some awesome success with him, and now with my new found knowledge into the world of power lifting, I am ready for some stupid crazy outcomes!

Son of a bitch! Crossfit Football is HARD! hahaha Needless to say I did not “complete” any of the damn rounds lol. Kickass workout though regardless, I’d love to see some of the dude that were posting their sub 2 minute times, they must’ve been flying! I’m sure that if I was doing it along side them, I would’ve been moving a bit faster, but Christ! haha
