Wow! Take a look at my picture huge difference! At 28 I look 18 again. This program really works. I’m not going to lie to you, it takes discipline, motivation and a little hard work but as you can see the results are worth it. I dropped from 12% body fat to just over 4% in 6 days. 6 days! As a professional worker in the medical field, both physical and mental well being are a very important part of my job and everyday life. For myself working full time, being a wife and mother came first. Exercising at the gym was a long way down on the priority list. Now that my son is older and doesn’t need me quite as much I thought “It’s time for me, time to lose weight and get myself back into shape.”

The thought of going to a gym, figuring out what exercises to do and how to use the equipment on my own scared the daylights out of me.
Then along came Simon Marini. Through his professional guidance and training I lost weight, increased my cardio fitness and muscle mass. Goodbye fat cells and inches! During workouts focus was on doing the exercises properly as shown. Intensity and endurance increased over time and routines would vary targeting different muscle groups. Never was I made to do anything that would risk an injury.
Simon’s good sense of humour always make the workouts fun. Even when you think you can’t do anymore, feel like you’re dying and want to quit, he gets you to keep going, to dig deep and finish the reps. It’s easy to see how his love of training and exercising make him so good at what he does.

Training with Simon has also given me perseverance and a sense of accomplishment. That being able to life heavier weights and improve my cardio fitness even more can be done. I never thought I could do squats with 135 lbs on my back! Just goes to show that anything is possible.

I have had the good fortune of having Simon as a trainer for over a year now and will continue to do so. At 47 years old I am in better shape now than I ever have been. Exercising is now part of my everyday life.

So congratulations to you Simon. Thanks for all your help in getting me where I am today. You’re dedication, hard work, strong will, easy going nature and sense of humour make you an excellent trainer, one who I would recommend to anyone wanting to make a change in their life.

I’m sure that at one point in your life you have said to yourself that “It’s time for a change, and that time is now.”
You may have made this statement in regards to many things, for me it was the time to change my level of physical fitness or should I say, lack there of.
I finally was able to have time to do something for me.
My children were at an age where they were self sufficient.
Now, I have made this attempt before, but only by dieting, and although I had limited success, it never lasted.
So this time I decided to join the gym, something I hadn’t done since I was single, and had an abundance of time. I had decided it was time for drastic measures. At my initial assessment, it was quite clear that I was in need of professional help. Initially I thought that I could make all the changes needed by myself, but I had to be serious….I would not push myself the way a trainer would. I needed someone to kick my butt. So that was it, I took the plunge and was going to leave it to the people who knew what they were doing. I was introduced to a young man named Simon. I thought to myself, “This is the guy who was going to give me the body I have always wanted but just didn’t know how to get”. Poor guy, I am sure he had no idea what he was in for. I can’t be sure, but I think for a split second there was a look of panic on his face and he may have thought….. ….man, have I got my work cut out for me.
Simon has been an absolutely wonderful trainer. He is attentive to you during your sessions. His love for fitness is evident in how he trains not only you, but how he trains himself. He’s motivating and very encouraging. The workouts are varied and challenging, he never makes you do anything that would put you at risk for an injury. I know for a fact that I would not have been able to get to where I am now, without the direction of such a focused and knowledgeable young man. Simon has been instrumental in my ability to accomplish what I have thus far. After only 3 months of training with Simon I dropped my body fat percentage by a whopping 6.5%. That was something that I was very proud of. I also lost 14 pounds. In my second 3 months of training I lost an additional 13 pounds for a total of 27 pounds, and the body fat percentage dropped another 4.5%.

It has been a wonderful experience learning from Simon, so much so, that I have extended my training for awhile longer. I can honestly say that I would absolutely recommend Simon as a trainer. To see someone so sure of what he wants in life and to be so committed to accomplishing it, is very inspiring. Simon I can’t thank you enough, not only have to shown me how to train properly, but you have enabled me to appreciate the many benefits of being physically fit. Now that is an amazing feat in it’s self!!!! As far I am concerned Simon is an absolutely fantastic trainer, dare I say the BEST.
